I have gained back some of the weight I lost 2 1/2 years ago. I am still
very much lighter
than I was and my clothes form 2 1/2 years ago are too big to wear.
I have gained some of the weight back - and I will lose it again.
for me weight loss is not about diet alone it is diet and exercise.
if I can fit exercise into my life - :) there is no limit to what I can do.
my new bench will be here in a matter of days.
I am ready to fight again. and again if I have to.
does a drug addict stop trying to stop taking drugs because he sometimes
falls back?
I HOPE NOT. Living life healthy is a wonderful thing.
the only time I have gotten fat was when I stopped exercising.
I WILL NEVER TAKE AWAY THE MOTIVATION OF A NEWBIE
AT SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE I HAVE FAILED FROM TIME TO TIME.
the newbie has to know he/she can do it - 95% of diets fail but where does
it say about
newly diagnosed diabetics? how does the motivation of diabetes effect the
95%?
most newbie's I meet in real life are much more active than I and probably
most in here are.
the new type 2's are not as old as they used to be - they still have a
chance.
