Testing without knowledge of the processes seem to be the
big problem WE are" hurt" people and tend to grab
at straws. There are so many wrong concepts
about diabetes which probably is a collections
of diseases. The common symptom is the tendency to have
elevated blood glucose levels. Originally it
was the dumping of urine full of "sugar". The
story goes--the ants loved it.

There was varying opinion on complications. The
DCCT study solved much of that problem.
