Oh I don't know, I have had some fun sometimes with people
who think you are not eating enough protein containing foods
when I say I eat about 50-60 gr protein per day ;) There is
also a mistruth going around where people think they need to
eat enough protein for their body weight, it's something
like .4 gr protein per pound (or .75 gr per kg) of normal
body weight. Another thing that annoys me is when people
say I must be eating too much fat! Not that there is an RDA
for fat but some sources recommend not going above 30% of
total calories. I am on around 1500 calories a day, someone
eating 3,000 calories are going to be eating far more fat
than I am. Percentages stink sometimes.
