the total came out to about $3600
today i brought 1 of my other dogs came out to $400 next week i have to
bring her
back to get fixed another $900 - so thats $5,000 down the dog drain so far -
still one dog to go
and what ever extras come out :(.
after that I start my 3rd and last dog.
i havnt even bought my new bench yet because i didnt want to spend $400 lol
o well.

i wont agree or disagree with that. all i know is that you never really
worked
on the low fat diet with professional help.

and yet I have heard some in here say the low fat diet does not include
enough veggies.
you can understand how i laugh at that.

dont forget the beauty of that diet is - carrots - tomatoes - and what ever
other veggies and fruits low carbs can not or do not eat.

dont worry about it Chris 1 serving alone would have more carbs that you are
eating
already - and probably more fiber. it wont fit into your diet.
