Re: All I was sayin'.....

We were visiting a family member at a Hospice in Dayton
and there were plenty of signs announcing "NO PETS".
My mother-in-law said she thought she saw a cat run
across a hallway, but when she mentioned it she was
told that she must have been mistaken.
Later we saw a young lady with a cat. We were told that
it wasn't a pet, but rather a member of the family.
Anybody needing a Hospice in the Dayton area, that one
was magnificent.

Ditto on the Hospice.

They are the bomb!

Every experience I (my family) has had with hospice has been great,
save one.  For whatever reason the hospice folk absolutely refused to
listen to the patient OR the family as to what was desired.
Truthfully, it was a strange case - not only for the family but also
out of the norm of hospice.  After much fuss on our part hospice
fianlly backed off and the patient died in the manner desired -
peacefully.  It was by far the oddest interaction with a hospice we
had ever encountered.

Blessings and peace to you and your friend Gigglz.
