Desperately need advice on Thoracic Spine MRI Report..

Here is verbatim MRI Report as follows...

July 28, 2010

MRI OF THORACIC REGION

HISTORY: Upper back pain. No determatone offered.
PROTOCOL: Standard imaging was performed on 3.0 Tesla magnet without
IV contrast.

BEGIN REPORTS OF PROBLEMS

A. Left paramedian disc protrusion is present at T6 ? T7 impinging on
the neural foramen and left anterior thoracic cord.
B. Right paramedian disc protrusion is present at T10 ? T11 also
impinging on the anterior cord. Neural foramina at this level is
Patent.

IMPRESSION:
1. Thoracic disc protrusion at T6 ? T7 and T10 ? T11

END OF REPORT

Previously have had [2] Lumbar MRI's reporting similar diagnosis
except it was for L5/S1, now that plus L4.

I have severe to extreme pain in the sternum and between shoulder
blades and jaw all at the same time. Already did heart test and they
did not find any clogged/blocked arteries but did diagnose NON
ISCHEMIC CARDIOMYOPATHY.

Suppose to see pain management doc in 2 weeks. What can I say or do to
make it clear that this is not me making this pain up or lying?

Also, since MS CONTIN 60 MG 4 times a day and Percocet 10/325 4 times
a day is NOT enough for this level of pain, what is the next step up
in pain meds?

VOTE Democrat every time all the time because you might
not always be healthy and bullet proof tough and might
need some help from, God Forbid, a Goverment agency.
