Hi all,

I'm getting progressively stiffer all along the spine.  This is to be
expected.  Like OG with toe reach problems, I am headed that way slowly but
surely.

Reminder if needed, DDD of the progressive sort with currently 2 herniations
in neck and 2 in lower back (and a nominal 2 they expect to go over time but
haven't yet).  Hips good, knees, ankles and elbows getting painful.
Probably some sort of auto-immune issue though lupus tests come back
negative.

Are there any gentle zero impact exercises any of you have been using that
helped?  I've lost 30% spinal flexion as of last tests 2 years ago (VA) and
am sure it's more now.  Sorry but swimming isn't an option.

I have DDD, too...I've been using a yoga CD (after yoga is basically
streching) Healing Yoga for aches & pains, Anchor bay puts it out and
the intructors are Lisa & Charles Matkin, the cover states a simple,
gentle yoga for people of all ages...though it is prob. best to check
with your Dr. or PC first....they tell how to bring the movements down
if it starts pain and some movements I don't do at all
