I'm done. Let's see what you have to offer.
Grin, group dynamics. Has to do with how people interface. In person, there are one set of rules and in 'faceless meetings' like this one, another set can come into play.
With luck, you meet people who are the same in both settings but some feel the need to obfuscate their soul and 'get back' at the world as if it owed them something and we are a symptom of it.
I see signs of this here in many places. I don't feel a need to call any out on it in general. I just recognize and move on quietly.
Mensa is a group of folks who are high IQ. After being asked by my sister, I attended one meeting. Perhaps it was that group and it's dynamics but it was a bunch of folks high on feeling they were 'better' than other people. My sister who was all high on that sort of stuff had brought me after I did some silly test.
Me, I'd rather talk with the car mechanic at my local bar over a few beers and see what he thinks! He's got more brains of a useful sort and if there is a 'group dynamic' in his mind, he doesnt use those words but can describe them to a T in effect. 'Be nice to Sally as she's had a hard time but if you talk to her too long, you gonna get all sorts of sticky-to-you stuff to the point where you don't get a chance to talk to the rest of us and that would be sad'.
He's real people. Most here are as well and probably all are, if their let their hair down and just be as they are.
