No worries now, I just forwarded your email to my office and I can make the
appointment on Monday (most doctors offices will be closed Friday), and I'm
going to take your and Carol's advice and try Dr. Pharo first (after doing a
quick phone interview with either her or her nurse since I can NOT take one
more minute of PTO than I have to). Again, thanks so much for the
recommendations. After talking about LDN / ULDN with my PCP today I am much
more excited about possibly trying this treatment.

Or you could go for Dr Pharo. She's a D.O. in Houston
that is on the Co-cure list.
Comes recommended on another list as well.
Overall, if I had to suggest a doctor without any other
information, that's the one I would suggest, for being
an osteopath and more likely to look at overall situation,
and being endorsed within the Co-Cure list.
