Allodynia and Hyperalgesia

I guess I've been lucky for the past three years since I didn't have
allodynia or hyperalgesia with my RSD, but now it seems my luck has run out.
At first it was only on my right hip when I slept on my right side, but now
it's there all the time and seems to be spreading. I've been using Lidoderm
patches, but they don't do a whole lot of good. Any suggestions from other
RSD sufferers here?
