Cane wrote about his painting:
I had dug down around the foundation so I could..
paint the bottom of the foundation easily. The problem is
the scaffold had to be placed on the dirt where
I just filled in the trench. Really a pain in
the butt. Not only that but I needed to use
a ladder to get on the scaffold and placed another
ladder on top of the scaffold to climb on. That
wall seemed to take forever. Scared the heck out of
me every time I climbed the second ladder.
I am getting too old to be doing these things,
anyways
This is such a huge project! It hurts me to just read about it <g> but
I'm just painting vicariously and enjoying it. ;) (I loved painting!)
How far have we gotten? Is the living room finished, or at least, the
wife's color swatches hidden?
Good luck with it all! I wish you didn't have to do the outside. It's a
huge accomplishment, though, but lots of blood, sweat & tears, I'd
think.
Cheers, Jane
