Just in case you're not aware-
There are designated acupressure points for headaches
at the base of the skull, both sides on center at rear.
How to get to them? Take a couple of tennis balls, put
them into a cotton sock, snug it up and tie it off. And lay
on it so that the tennis balls are right there.
Or fill the ends of a couple of socks with about 3 inches
of rice, tie them off and cut off the excess, put them into
a sock and tie it off, and you have created a headache
buster that you can heat up in the microwave.
Invite some of the playful spirits to join you if you like.
