I've dealt with it for years along with being bipolar. The only thing I've done that helps is staying in contact with my phycologist and making damn sure that I take the meds exactly when I'me supposed to. Wish I could offer you more. I do understand what you are saying though, I get emotional at watching some things on TV so I know how delicate emotions are.
