Having a really hard day....

I don't know where else to go. I couldn't move this morning, literally the pain was so bad. I haven't had pain this bad in 2 years....It was so bad i couldn't breath. I think Opana is crapping out on me. Has Anyone else takxen Opana and had it crap out. I'm going to talk to my Dr. Next week about changing me to Oxycodone.....I know their is a ER option plus the fast release option. I took the Fast release 2 years ago and, it worked better than anything i have ever taken..... My mind is mush right now so if none of this makes since just ignore me....
