Doctor converting me from Oxycontin to Methodone - any suggestions on dosage conversions

Hello all,
I have been taking 5-80 mg / day of oxycontin for the last 6 years for
back pain management. Does anyone one have any information on
conversion from Oxycontin to Methadone? Any suggestions or links
would be appreciated. Best of luck to all of us.
