Dependence and addiction are the same thing. Anyway a good percentage of
prescribed narcotics are abused by the patient or sold on the street.
Pain clinics are nothing but trouble. They are nothing more than
narcotics script generating facilities. Narcotics and tranquilizers
should only be dispensed in the clinical setting.
