I have a page in which I discuss the implications of too much /
elevated iron levels in the body and it's link to disease.

Over the years I have run into 'detractors' .. for lack of a better
word .. who seem to take umbridge to the fact I have taken to posting
this information onto the net.

Over the past few months the detractors .. according to my server ..
have begun to use the same tactics which caused AOL and a few other
ISP's so many problems.

My server has now refused me access to my site .. and refused me my
'dial in '
and thusly have effectively curtailed my activities .. in relation to
my site.

I have seen the 'writing on the wall' and realized this might become a
problem to them simply because they 'don't need the hassle' .. BUT ..
still like to accept the monies supplied to them as a server.

They have used the phrase .. "become a liability" and have refused to
place a forwarding link to any new page I may create.

I have been posting for almost a decade and NOW .. when the work is
becoming 'mainstream' and the page is becoming accessed by more and
more people through using simple search words in any search engine ..
the links are going to become dead.

When the post is found any links to my page will become .. dead.

I am hoping someone may be able to tell me whether this refusal to
place a forwarding link .. by a server .. has ever been addressed ..
in court.

I can see if the page is illegal .. or even considered to be 'in bad
taste' .. but the simple fact the site has become a 'liability' due to
criminal activity should be taken into consideration .

If one is curtailed in one's activities by criminal activity .. the
very fact a server would / could be allowed to allow one's .. work ..
to 'fall by the wayside' .. BECAUSE .. they 'feel like it' .. should
NOT be allowed ..

I believe if one is illegally forced to change servers due to the
inability of a server to protect the site .. then a forwarding link
MUST be allowed .. ?

Any help / insight .. appreciated.
