I am so sorry to hear of your increased HA& pain...yeeouch! I was
wondering if u ever got the/a neckbrace & if u wear it at nite, even
for a short amt. of time? Sorry my memory is so kaput but I know that
wearing the brace (as long as I can keep from ripping it off, which I
usually end up doing!) has really helped w/my arm pain that sounds
similar to yours (ie: numb lil' fingers, etc.)
Also I agree about checking your BP cuz I seem to only get ha w/hbp.
