Nice to see you Lori. Trying to learn the ropes here, hoping maybe
some of this academic material will help people understand the nature
of America's #1 health catastrophe, un-treated and under-treated
chronic pain. Since federal law enforcement the DEA now regulates
medicine in this country, empowered by the illegal Controlled
Substances Act. 70 million chronic pain sufferers are at the mercy of
a corrupt gov't. A gov't that is impotent to stop drug trafficking,
who is complicit in drug trafficking, yet has to somehow appease the
GAO for their budget.
Perfect scenario. Go after the most vulnerable of our nations citizens
and the doctors who treat their pain. Our elderly, AIDS patients,
children with cancer, wounded solders, on and on ad nauseum.
