I'm getting a 'new' Invacare Lynz mobility scooter Monday. Courtesy
of the local and state chapters of the Knights of Columbus. My old
PaceSaver III had died months ago. It _was_ 12 yo, I owned it for
10. I've been without, and suffering as a result.

It took a long time, but the approval came early this week, and the
check was sent to the Mobility supplier. The Invacare is a 2007
floor model, so it does have some scratches and dings to it. I would
have to wait until I was so disabled that I needed it all-the-time
in my home, before Medicare would cover with their 'cough' 80%.

It's nice that there are organizations out there, that can help the
low-income severely disabled, with assistive equipment that improves
their quality of life. Soon, I'll be zooming around the building,
and into town. :-D
