Didn't someone (you have a political ear closer to the ground) put the price
at giving every 300 plus million people in this country on the Congressional
health plan, covering dental and the whole shmear, at $50 billion bucks a
year. The solution would seem self evident. Got a toothache? Do a little
shoplifting. They'll give you implants too, none of this tooth pulling. (I
am in the market for a 42+ inch LCD set. That should be good for a year or
two of health acre)
I remember right after my surgery, I was doing their BS Post Op PT and I
heard all these chains banging and jangling from the exam room. Here comes
the guy in the orange jumpsuit with two State Cops in tow, saying "see you
in a few days"
My insurer gave me six visits for post op therapy and this guy had been
seeing them and all the boys at the detention center for months. I didn't
ask about surgery, not wanting to break any HIPPA laws, but the tone of the
cops suggested every ache and a pain is taken more seriously than any pubic
ER (I spelled it right).
Find out what you got. Get the average recovery time. Then commit a crime
that has just about the same sentence. Socialized medicine-USA style.
