Normally, jobs have you explain tests after you take them and not at
the drug testing place. If you informed HR that it would be positive
for medications, then they would sit with you and discuss them with
you after the fact.

I did read your post that said HR contacted you, which is great. If
you ever have to go through that again, hopefully not, then you should
explain to the person sending you out that you will test positive but
have reasons why.
