Re: Okay...Is There A Yoga Book, Website, Magazine....

Perhaps you've heard of a phenomenon called Google?

Given your cynical, anti-spiritual attitude about Yoga, I would
happily pay to see a webcam attached to your yoga instructor's head.
Good luck in the class... You'll need it. I would think that you'd be
able to come up with a more appropriate topic for this group, but then
again, I'm sure this was just another opportunity for you to
arrogantly boast about how much you can bench press.. Here's a hint..
no one gives a flying corn-filled ***. Get over yourself and stop
cross-posting.

ever think that maybe your he-man squats *might possibly* be hurting
your bad back?

Just a thought....

Many years ago, there was a program on public television called Hatha
Yoga that was just the physical training. I have no idea if that was
because Hatha Yoga has already removed the mysticism or because the

Hmm, Hatha Yoga, eh?  I've heard of it in passing...hmm...the
wikipedia entry on it states that it's the form most widely practiced
in the West for physical fitness, but its theoretical underpinnings
seem as mystical as any other kind of yoga!

I think I'll have to just sign up for a yoga class at the gym...I
doubt the instructor would spend any time indulging in mystical
talk...all I need is a yoga mat, right?  I'm going to have to do this
-- my back is terrible!!  I can barely get my socks on in the morning
(or, for that matter, off in the evening!)...but I can deeply barbell-
squat 275-lbs.five times perfectly!
