Well, let see. alt.drugs.hard is a group for drug abusers.
You've lost more doctors because of your inability take your
meds as prescribed, because of your use of street drugs, because
of your use of taking prescription drugs not prescribed to you,
because you are a drug abuser, a drug addict, a person who
has no control over her addiction and takes all of her meds
the way you want to take them, not the way they are prescribed
to you. You're a sloppy drunk and a drug addict, lost in your
addiction. It's time to admit it to yourself. How many doctors
have kicked your ass out because of your abuse? Be honest. How
many doctors won't treat you because your medical records are
flagged as a drug seeker and drug abuser? Be honest.

Yea, alt.drugs.hard fits you real well.

I usually don't respond to trolls but I thought you should know that I
am not having any problem whatsoever getting my pain medications. My
doctor simply said she would no longer see me and stopped treating me
in the middle of treatment. I know I am hard on doctors because I see
them not as God but as body mechanics. I will not be told what I must
do but I will take what a doctor says under advisement. Most doctors
hate patients who think for themselves.

She did not give me a reason for abandoning me, a term her doctor
group gave me for her action. No reason verbally or in writing. If
anything it was my refusal to go to the UC Davis pain clinic where she
thought I could get Epidural Steroid Injections. The truth is I'll
never know the reason she abandoned me. I cannot even get my full
health record from her.

The purpose of this group is to help each other. It is an on-line form
of group therapy if you will. With so much anger in you, are you in
pain? You do not have to attack people to feel better. Just talk about
your situation. Maybe there is a way we can help you.

This is the one and only reply I will make to your post.

Mike

Hi Mike, I think there's been some confusion...I didn't write the
above.

I'm not sure if you're responding to me or Juba, so I'll just answer
this, since you were kind enough to respond. My original post
isn't reproduced here, only his repeated anonymous diatribe,
the exact same lies and garbage he's posted many times before.
I agree this is no place for anger or attacks, but some seem to
feel it's okay if they use an anonymous account for it, then pretend
to be the nicest guy on the block with their real addy.

I've seen this sort of thing lead to suicide in this group once
before.

My post isn't repeated here so I'll recap.

I don't think there was any anger or attacks in mine, just
resignation....and maybe hope for a kind word. You're IT...so
thank you Mike...even if it was confusing as to who said what.

I'd originally written a post that I didn't feel I belonged anymore,
since I haven't had treatment for months, and don't know if I have it
in me to keep searching and jumping through hoops.
it's a struggle to locate a doctor in a state where the experts say
"you're in the worst place there is", That's all, just feeling down...
as far as you can get.

As for your situation Mike...
I'm sorry, I *thought* there were rules for medical abandonment, but
the contracts always seem to work for the doctors, not the patients,
but I KNOW they must give you your records, even if they charge you
for copying them, they belong to you!

I certainly would have done the same thing you did in refusing to get
epidural injections. I've stated before that all 12 docs in this town
under "pain" do only epidural injections, it seems to be all the rage,
and not worth the risk.
For other patients with other things wrong with them, a back injection
certainly isn't going to help.

I hope you get the kind of help you need, please feel free to email me
any time. Perhaps I can at least help you locate someone.

I posted my reply to neither you nor Juba. Agent did not show this as
a thread but as a standalone message. The sender's identity was not
disclosed. Since I do not usually read the flames, I did/do not
recognize anyone from the email. Honestly I thought the poster had
pronoun issues. I agree with the danger which is why I extended the
offer to help the person. Pain does awful things to people. My offer
is genuine. Whomsoever it might be.
