Re: Pain Dr appt

Hey OG! The leads never were moved, YET! I have been programmed at least 6-7 times. An X-ray showed that the leads have moved and the pain has increased again. I originally went in July, I think, to talk to the pain surgeon guy after the Medtronic guy told me that the leads were so high (anatomically) that only the bottom two of eight leads could be used and they were high too (anatomically). I wasn't waiting for the medtronic guy. If I call to get reprogrammed I am seen within a day or two. What happened was that after I saw the surgeon he dropped the ball and my feet were doing well for a period of time right after my Dr's appt. So I didn't persue it. Monday I had had it and paged my pain Dr. he set up an appt with the Medtronics guy, myself and him. NOW I am getting the leads moved and I am really happy about it. I am also getting another lead added so I will have two for full left right coverage.

I know they tried "tuning" it with the present placement, but they should have never moved the leads to begin with. Is Medtronics that backed up getting techs out? This kind of delay is unacceptable and someone owes you some answers.
