@blackhelicopter.databasix.com:
Essentially, I need the medical reason why dental numbing agents like
lidocaine/novacaine no longer work for a super long term cp'er (30+ yrs)
and high dose opiate user. Is it the long term pain? The long term
high dose opiates? Both? And what is the MEDICAL TERM for why they
wont work.
After dealing with a idjit dental surgeon, patient cant get numb for
more then a few minutes now and then only when injected directly into
nerve, which is freakin torture, and pointless cuz it works for less
then 5 minutes. Last time tried, they literally od'd the person on
these numbing agents, without ever gettinmg them numb enuf to do any
work, causing the patient violent vomiting for nearly an hour, but still
insist the stuff can work...and so without the actual medical term for
why its happening, they are going to deny general anesthesia, which is
just inhumane if the person cant get numb.
Please, if anyone knows this info, please share!
Would gas work? They used it on me last year when I had a molar taken out
in pieces. I think I had the injections but the 2 together worked well.

Dear Top,
I know the feeling and the dread. Perhaps this is a place for both of us
to start,
