It's funny that Hawaiian Wayne brings up the fact that we learn alot about
the spine. I saw a workmans comp doctor that knew nothing about the spine
and when I explained what was going on with me he was lost. That really
pissed me off because he was doing an eval that affected my life. He didn't
even bother to look my record and all he said was if I didn't have the
surgeries I wouldn't be in pain so it was my fault. I wanted to belt him in
the mouth and say if you wouldn't have said that you wouldn't be bleeding on
the floor. I did write a good letter of protest but all the wheels were in
motion and they knew what they were going to do. I did get over on them in
the end because I had a third party suit that I won and I didn't repay
workmans comp a dime. They call that double enrichment and my lawyers
insurance covered my part.
