A couple more things.

Before you go soliciting links from others, I think you should give some
serious consideration to changing the name. "Payne Hertz" may be cute
but it's more of an obstacle than an asset when it comes to web site
promotion. A name built around "key words" that are going to result in
better search engine ranking is the way to go.

If you want stick with the same theme, use "pain-hurts" otherwise think
of combining key words into a name, i.e. "Pain Relief Advocates(s)"
Then use those words for your url, your title and your description. When
using multiple words in a url, I think it's better to use hyphens rather
than running it all together, i.e.
http://pain-relief-advocates.blogspot.com

I think you should add a box on the right side linking to the last 5-10
articles, so that they are easier to find and easier for the search
engines to index.
