I have been on them for apx 1 month and find them o.k but not the magic bullet I was told but they help a little.
As you guys know some relief is better than No relief.

My sister and I have tried Lyrica, we both have Fibro. My sister said
it had too many adverse effects. It made her feel odd and did'nt help
her at all. I am taking it as well and at first I also felt really
odd. My script said I could take 1 - 2 capsuls 3 times a day and 1 was
enough to make me feel ditsy. One day I felt really bad and I started
the 2 caps and I think it was as close as it comes to being high. I
have never done street drugs and none of my other meds had made me
feel this way. It was dangerous since I didn't know where I was, or
what I was doing and I almost took way too much of my other meds which
included morphine. I put up my drugs, secured my pets and locked
myself in my bedroom to wait for help.
I am now just taking 1 capsul and the oddness has worn off and it
seems be working pretty well. I still have my bad days but who
doesn't? My best time of the year is summer as far as symptoms goes.
I am still taking it, I just have to careful about the amount I am
taking. If the Doctor you are seeing is aware of all the medication
you are taking, even those prescribed by other doctors and over the
counter medications, then I would go ahead with it. It might make you
feel a bit dingy at first. I have taken lycria since 6/20/07 and I
would say it took 2 weeks before I could tell a difference and the
strange feeling past. Good luck
