Med. to counteract drowsiness of opiates?

When lurking in here quite a while back, I saw a couple of headers about some
medication that folks here have used to counteract the side effects of
opiates, in particular, drowsiness. I'm looking for any info, as well as
opinions as to how well it worked, or if it didn't....
