That's a good idea. I never even thought of it. Yea, he didn't treat
anything. Didn't even give me my other scripts. Made me wait the two weeks
for all of them, not just the ones I lost. So I guess that would be non
treatment...

This is the problem! When the pain doctor spends (or wastes) two
visits verifying you are compliant instead of helping you manage your
pain. This is paranoia on his part. He needs a referral to a
psychiatrist.

I'll guess that you had to make your standard co-pay for him to not
treat you. If this is the case, I would ask them for a refund. Make it
in writing. That is as close to "I'm sorry" you will get. (I have
received refunds from doctors for non-performance.)
