The letter was sent. They sent it to the wrong address in spite of
having all my paperwork with the correct address on almost every page
and having sent things to this address for almost 2 years. They
corrected the address and are re-sending the award letter and putting
the check in my account via direct deposit since they sent that out,
too, to the wrong place.
