Exactly! I don't recall where I got it from, maybe MedScape? Either that or a pubmed article. I know I have used that figure on Drs and some have agreed with me.

That 0.3% sounds too low to be true, but if the rate really is that low then there is no justification for the widespread attitude by doctors that opiates are last resort only.
