MSCONTIN Overdose Topic, Sorry for new thread

Since it's obvious 30mg every 6 hours is way too frequent, would it be
safe to assume 30mg every [12] hours would be okay for me?

I only took 15mg this morning out of fear, I'm wondering if I should
wait 12 hours and take 30mg or wait 6hrs and take 15mg [then 6hrs
later, if needed take another 15mg]?

I also want to know your opinions on my taking Percocet as a
breathgrough med before giving in to another MSCONTIN?
Is that safe to mix?

If that made no sense please let me know and I'll attempt to clear it
up.
