Sleep

Ok, so I talk to my pain doc last visit and told him the Ambien CR is not
doing anything. It's like taking aspirin. He suggested Tylenol PM because
my insurance doesn't cover anything stronger for sleep besides the Ambien
CR, Lunesta, and one other one I can't think of right now., She said she
wanted to try me on something else (probably a benzo) but my insurance
wouldn't cover it.

So I got the Tylenol PM and I got generic benadryl(thanks to whomever
suggested it) and my muscle relaxers, So far I have taken 2 benadryl and
waited half an hour. Nothing. Then took 2 tylenol PM waited half an hour,
nothing. Then I went and go my muscle relaxer, Zanaflex. 4 mg. Took one of
those. It seems that somewhere between all of them, something worked.
Because I am having a very hard time typing this. It feels like I am on a
ship and the waves are moving everything all over the place. Back an d
forth, back and forth. I start plalying my online game and I start nofddin
off. I just wish what did it between all of that. The only thing I can
deduce is that the muscle relaxers did it. I have been taking them just for
sleep. They make me very sleepy.

But I didn't want to take them because that's not what the weer scri[pted
for. But when even they started not helping, I kneew I needed something.
And I relember someone here saying benadryl. They said that, and half an
hour later take you sleeping med. But that didn't work. I guess I have a
tolerance to slee;p meds? Dunno. I just wish mu insurance would cover
benzos and other sleep medicines. Cause when I stay up like this and don;t
gedt and sleep, I am worse off. Im cranky yes. But I am also hurting alot
more that I normallly would. So that whole day is shot. So I am at the
point I wll try antyhing to get some sleep. I am right now slightly buzzed?
I don't really know the term for it. Like I am floating a bit and having
trouble concentrating and even typing this.

Good thing I know how to look for typos..LOL!!

Ok anyway, my question is...does anyone else have any good STRONG ways to
get to sleep. No shooting a gun or alchohol. Sorry..LOL I am just
terrified I am going to end up overdosing my self on this stuff and end up
in the psych ward for them thinkin I was trying to kill myself. Isnt' that
called baker acting?]

I just gotta get some sleep. I just have to. I don't know what I am going
to do....but I need sleep.....

Thanks for listening...
Robin
