If it's once every 4 days consider yourself lucky!! I wish I was THAT lucky.

In all seriousness we just discussed this here this past week. There's a med that used to be script but is now OTC called miralax. I have heard it works very very well from many different people and it's gentle on the GI tract.

I am sure you will get many other ideas but it's best to use the gentlest that works.
