Dear Wayne,
Sorry Dude, just this post. Money's having net issues too, maybe something
going around and it's time to update the virusware. I have the same thing
happen with yawhooz email now and again and it's always when it's a good
sized post that you can never go back and hit the points just right, like
you did the first time. It almost makes you want to start it all your
writing stuff on wordpad first, then cut and paste the whole mess. When I
ignore my email for a couple days, that's why, I'm just too pissed to write
again.
Microslop. What can you expect?--og

Immediately upon reading this I called the number. I was so stoked to
think about switching back from methadone to oxycontin (i had only
switched previously due to cost) But the Purdue Pholks let all the
air out of my balloon. Heres how it works ...using my wal-mart script
insurance card as an example. previously my copay for generic
oxycontin for #60 80mg monthly was 85 bucks, name brand would be
around 140. What the lady on the Purdue Pharma line told me was
this: I pay the the first $10 of the copay, bringing the remainder
name brand copay down to 120, of that amount Purdue is kind enough to
pay $20 dollars of that amount, leaving me with a copay of 100....oh,
plus the 10 I was already responsible for, so in essence, they should
just say it is a 10 dollar off coupon per script. I cannot believe the
gall med companies have in using such tactics.
Now maybe I misunderstood, but I asked her 3 times to clarify, and it
was the same each time. For all of us, I hope this rep was
misinformed, so please, I encourage others to call this number and ask
the same question (especially before changing your scripts)
Darn it, og, it sounded like a dream had come true....hope youre
doing well on the mend dude :)

Wow, thats too bad. Ya know, some companies handle this kinda thing SO
much better.
The company who makes Actos, the drug for diabetics, has a copay rebate
program that reimburses patients the cost of their copays up to $50 EACH
AND EVERY MONTH! My SO sends in her copay receipt w/the coupon each
month and a few weeks later a check arrives, along w/a new coupon for
the next Rx's copay. Its made it possible to get this drug that was
otherwise unavail. to her. Pity that the makers of OxyC cant get it in
gear.- Hide quoted text -

Aloha All!
I'm damn angry!
I spent two+ hours on a post about this right after OG senht it and
didn't have the chance to look at it right away...(the posts have
always gone throug before!)
Now today I looked...does anyone see a post (it should have been the
2nd one...right after OG's original...GGGGGGRRRRRR>>>>
I just KNEW stuff like this was going to happewn. With the "stigmatism
as healthy (sic) as ever on opiods", ...Nah...
Drug stors won't sdvertise it either because they are terrified of
getting robbed...
I wrote one of my finest posts only to have it "poof"....does anyone
extremely dislike it when that happens, or am I over-reating?

Aloha OG!
Thanks for "sort of" making excuses for the "browser communities",
however, as you'll read in No Mney's thread, I've gotten used to it
when it happens ONCE in a great while. However, I stayed up for 2 1/2
hours later just to write last nights and it had a little something
for everyone in it....DRAT!
As everyone can tell by "trying" to read my above post, I was either
drucker than s friggin' whatever...or too lazy to proof sa flamin'
paragraph!!! Yep, it was the latter. - LOL~
(now why didn't THAT one get lost? It would have saved some of my
face...what an AWFUL letter! So sorry you all!
Aloha For Now,
Hawaiian Wayne
