All along you have insisted insurance companies do not negotiate
pricing of prescription drugs.
Not once did I ever state such. That was your assumption because you
were too quick to rant.
Your statement that I replied to which was preceded by claims about
bulk purchasing was and I quote:
"An insurance company may be buying 10,000 or more of that same
prescription each and every month. "
Insurance companies DO NOT purchase drugs nor do they make any
guarantees to do so. Pharmacies do and you never once mentioned the
negotiation abilities of Pharmacies, I did and you keep changing the
subject in your weak attempts to rant and whine about nothing. Geez,
you've even tried to argue about how much my insurance company pays
for Xolair.
Seek help!!
You posted:
"The insurance companies do not however negotiate with the
pharmacy based on bulk purchases. They also do not negotiate with the
manufactures based on buying a certain amount of a drug. That is the
issue I was replying too. They simply agree to pay for a given drug."
So you claimed insurance companies do not negotiate prices with anyone.
Lie you way out of that one stupid!
