I noticed the poster is looking for a pain doc. In my case, my "pain
doctor" is just another run of the mill general family type doc.
Whenever I seen a pain doctor in a pain center, my pain was left
untreated. The pain doc kept advising me to talk to my general family
doctor for any narcotic prescriptions. It's so messed up. The General
MDs sometimes send us off to pain centers thinking they will actually
prescribe something (like narcotics, when needed) to help us... then
we end up coming back to the same doctor, and still in pain. At least
thats what happen to me.

So, don't be surprised if the doctor your seeking might not advertise
as a pain doc.
