I used to get the blisters too but since I started putting Tegaderm over
them and my skin is perfect now. I can give you the name of a great place
on Amazon to get Tegaderm for about a third of what most local places sell
them for.

Also, I now wash the skin after I remove the patches and put good,
non-perfume, etc. lotion on (but the Tegaderm alone prevented the blisters).
Just be sure to wash and dry the place well to remove the lotion before
putting on another patch. You do switch places where you put the patches
don't you? I've found that just swapping arms every 3 days works fine.
