Is anyone else dealing with this extremely depressing and frustrating
diagnosis? What treatments have helped? What tests have you had done?

I am currently on Cymbalta, it worked for about a month and a half, i
experienced no pain and it was wonderful but suddenly the pain started
coming back and has been constant for almost a month. I've had two EMG's
and both came back a normal. The Neurologist I am seeing said it is
"small fiber neuropathy" so it wouldn't show on those tests anyway. I am
frustrated more than I can express to anyone. I can't sleep, I've missed
so many days at work all I can say is thank goodness for FMLA and even
easy tasks like grocery shopping have become increasingly hard.
