This page covers lots of stuff- pharmacy models to combat OTC abuse; teen
abuse of nicotine patches; some pharmacists refusal (backed by the Govt)
to fill Rx's.... Lots of stuff, but it also introduces DAWN, the Drug
Abuse Warning Network, the most worthless accumulation of bullshit you
have ever to have read.
The entire basis of the "war on drug" numbers for all the 50 United States
and the 299,999,999 citizens (I quit) are based on and I quote:

"A total of 122 jurisdictions in 35 metropolitan areas and 6 states submit
data to the DAWN network"

The six states with the highest crime rates, containing the most dangerous
35 cities with their 122 outlying counties.
The page is a worth while read especially when our actions and decision
making is based upon that of rats, who when they don't perform as desired
"is an inconclusive result" rather than plain old wrong.
