Libelous? How so? You forget, an absolute defense to libel & slander is THE TRUTH! Wanna prove one word of its a lie? Ya cant and ya know it. Its just calling Kenny a coward, which is something anyone has a right to do, its called an opinion. that aint libelous. And his posts that have been copied there PROVE hes a coward. Men of conscience and decency are incapable of writing such trash, EVER! While Kennys ugly mug is enuf for someone to lose their lunch, even thats not libelous. Remember when someone took a photo of a particpant here and photoshopped and put it on a website just to be abusive? That pic is just plain ole Kenny, unaltered, in all his embarrassing ugliness, but is it libelous? Hardly. But gee, if yer soooo convinced theres libel there,why not a lawsuit? LOL Mebbe youll even learn whose website it is that way?
Ya know, I imagine that Kennys address can be added to that site too, if ya wanna make too big a stink of things. Makes one wonder if it'll be enuf to shut him up. After all he claims that it works.
BTW, Im aware of which one of Kennys 'friends' forwarded that photo. LOL Pity Kenny wont ever figure it out. Theyve chosen to keep Kenny in the dark about their feeling that hes an abusive coward who deserves to get his words put onto a website, along with his picture, and instead want him to still think they are his friend. I imagine its got something to do with fear of becoming his next victim. And on top of that, they could always end up getting more goodies to give over to the webmaster.
Any luck on finding who it is yet Kenny? The turncoat OR the webmaster, that is. LOL Yer whining about it has been heard halfway around the world!
