Re: Talula openly solicits drugs via this newsgroup

Talula there is something that can be taken to counteract the drozzies. I
believe Zomby can tell you the name of
it. I take methadone and sometimes take a NODOZ
if it makes me sleepy. I dont have to count the hours
for as you know it is a long lasting med.

ZombyWoof,
May I ask your opinion on something as you seem to be the most logical
person hear? This afternoon I have my usual 21 day doctor visit, and he
requested a few visits ago that I get new MRIs since mine are 5 years
old and set me up with a great place that I can make payments to, as
you know how expensive MRIs are. Well anyway, I called and asked if he
had gotten the readout faxed to his office, was put on hold and then
the doctor himself got on the line and said that sometime, probably
when my husband and I flipped his work truck upside down, I hurt myself
much worse than I thought, because it shows 3 new discs that are
herniated and 1 more degenerated, plus my neck looks worse, blah blah.
And he told me to bring extra cash if I want to fill my scrips in the
office as I always do because we are going to discuss med changes.
That's all fine, I had been in much more pain since that accident and
then another, which I think is partly the reason I went through my meds
10 days early (not three weeks as some keep stating, I go every 3
weeks, that's where they made another mistake)
Yes, I'm addicted to my meds and that too contributed to them going
quicker than usual, I'm not denying that, but my question is that if he
wants me on methadone, which is something he mentioned, don't I have a
right to object? He says I need a long acting med, but I'd rather stay
on the oxycodone and just get and extra one a day to sleep as
comfortably as possible. I'm the one tolerating the pain so don't I
have a choice in what I take or don't take? Methadone puts weight on me
and feels sooo drowsy, I don't want that.
Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.
Talulah
