You all are paranoid. I NEVER claimed my teeth were destroyed in 10-12
days it was 10-12 months. I was just trying to be of service not only
because of my own situation, but because I've read over and over that
Actic would be the perfect drug except it eats teeth. My teeth were
examined by a Forensic Dentist and it was concluded Actiq was to blame,
therefore work comp must pay. I just happen to think Cephalon should
pay.It was not just the sugar or the dry mouth but rather the drug eats
teeth. The total; because only 5 teeth could be saved: the rest are
going to have to be implants is going to land well over $100,000. I'm
only 45 and think I'm way too young for dentures. I am not interested
in your info for subversive reasons, I just didn't post the name of the
lawyer because some boards consider this advertising. So I put my own
info. If I was trying to do something nepharious why would I list my
own info with phone in some cases? The lawyer's name is Jim
Rainboldt/his P/A is Andrew Mason. Jim will be out of town until the
5th but he takes calls what a shock for an attorney. The number is
1-800-775-3425/Fax=1-714-826-1791. While there are no class action
lawsuits against Cephalon, they are under investigation, by the
Attorney General's Office of several states for off label promoting of
Actiq as it is only FDA approved for cancer patients. Dr's can
prescribe off-label but the company may not endorse these uses. Also
there was no Dental warning, then Cephalon applied for one but did not
inform Dr's or relabel products already out there. Furthermore, an
employee of Cephalon was fired and is sueing his employer under the
whistle blower act for asking the company numerous times to report
properly, when Cephalon refused this person was terminated. So rather
than trash me why not just ask? Suzan Lind/SuzanLind2@xxxxxxx
