...definitely a vascular surgeon . You will likely get a
sonogram .

The ultrasound stuff can maybe detect a blood clot? That'd
be welcome news.

Much thanks,

...I have had 4 instances of acute thrombosis from
I.V. punctures .Luckily they were in superficial veins
but 2 did end up infected with me having to go
back for I.V. antibiotics .

Ouch! I've had all kinds of trouble getting an iv started,
they've turned me into a pincushion, etc, but no noticable
thrombosis. Did they give you a diagnosis on the thrombosis?

...yes , I could watch the flow of the red and the blue
blood as it went to and fro and I could hear the gushing
sound it makes .

surely you are joking with the above comment..."red and blue blood???"""

blood...all blood ...is red....oxygenated blood is redder...unoxygenated
(returning to the lungs) is obviously darker...but it is NOT blue

yikes...

I look in the Blue Cross directory: no vascular surgeons.
Checking to see if such critters are listed under other
specialties ...

...good luck puddin !
