Matt - I had a double fusion done at l5/l4 and l4/l3 - a 360@ double
bone fusions..
I am as confused as you are - I haven't been in a brace ever - ..I go
to PT 3 times a week , walk about 2 miles a day - today the PT told me
the surgeon said I could lift 20 lbs and bend - before the surgery - it
was like 6 months no work - no bending 2 months, take it easy - I have
no income but I think they just about think I could go back to work -
they are crazy.
I was looking for better guidelines about progression - have you found
any - I am lost also
