well if you dont want to go the medical route there are exercises that
help alot. pushups help alot. the knuckle pushups might be better at
firming up the chest but there pretty hard to do. if you got weights or
wanna go to a gym the butterfly exercise would probley be the best one.
the bench press is good to. also losing body fat will help so do alot
of cardio.
