Re: Muscle Relaxants / and or narcotics?

i've taken soma, flexeril, and several other muscle relaxants with
narcotics over serveral years. my experience is that it's a little like
antidepressants, they work well for a time and then you have to switch.
one pcp told me that tonic water would help or the quinine pill. it's
cheap and seems to work for me. i get leg cramps at nite, so i drink a
can before bed and do fine.
maybe others have some experience. good luck. steven
