This is where your paper-thin "ignorance excuse" just doesn't work.

What's to understand about one person trying to harass another by
posting their real name, address, property tax records, business
licenses, etc.? You don't need to know anything else about the history
of the people involved to understand that there is no way to justify it.
You should care enough about the welfare of your fellow man/woman who is
being subjected to such treatment to condemn it.
